For the I-phone, contact I-Tunes and they can track it... When getting your phones back I have an app called where's my droid... which gives coordinates for my phone if lost or stolen... Make sure you have BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed on your computer, then unplug the battery from your BB and make sure that it is not connected to the computer. Start App Loader, then plug the USB cable into your phone. Once the phone lights up, wait to see if it starts up and if the PIN appears on your computer (in App Loader). At that point, plug in your battery. The software should load, and you can remove the third party app. If you don't think it's an app causing the problem, you can try using the repair option in the Desktop Manager.
