Toshiba estudio 2500c C-448 (445) error codes

I have the error codes coming up constantly and we have gone as far to replace the fusing unit, power supply, and the LGC board. Do you have any further suggestions?

Did u clear the status counter ?

After repairing the matter which caused the error [C448], perform the following:

(1) Turn the power ON while [0] and [8] are pressed simultaneously.
(2) Key in "400", then press the [START] button.
(3) Change the displayed current status counter value "32" to "0", then press [ENTER] or [INTER-
RUPT] (to cancel C448).
(4) Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Make sure that the equipment enters the normal status

In the interim you may try the following one time to see if it is a false error... Hold "0" and "8" while turning on machine.....continue holding until machine enters service mode. Enter "400" press enter. Enter "0" press enter. Power off / on. If code returns, machine needs parts replaced. Contact your Toshiba technician (there should be an 800 number label on the unit for service. Do Not keep resetting, may cause damage to Fuser Unit.

It is possible that the pressure in your fuser has been adjusted and is now too loose. You can adjusting this by tightening the two inlet silver screws on the fusing unit (the black unit with the yellow warning on it.)

Toshiba eStudio 2500c - CA00
This is a pretty complicated issue/problem. there are 5 pages devoted to this issue in the service manual. This issue would be best handled by a technician. but you could try the following....
[CA00] Color registration abnormality
 <Color toner low density>
Turn on the copier holding down 0 and 8 and wait till it boots up into its service mode..then enter code 2692 “Prevention of color toner low density / change the zero to 1.
Then change code 2693 “Prevention of color toner low density / Judged number of sheets setting” value to 40 (default 20).
Make sure you have cleaned the main charge units by fully extending the rods with the green handles for each color.(open the front door) and use the plastic wand attached to the front door to clean the laser glass for each color..there is a small **** under each color unit to slid the wand into..felt side down on the wand.

Like I said there are several other complicated ways of fixing this.

Error code C380 paper feed failure
c380 indicates auto-toner error for black developer (K).

Check following:

Is the harness between the LGC board and the developer unit drawer connector open-circuited?
Is any harness inside the developer unit or the auto-toner sensor harness open-circuited?
Is the auto-toner sensor connector or the connector CN341 on the LGC board disconnected?

IF connector no problems, then u probably need to replace the auto toner sensor.
