in your refridgerator there is an internal thermostat on the cooling fan u can move up or down it should be placed on the last finn to the right looking at the fridge

To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant.

go to http://thetford.com/ and look up the manual for the device.
there is a black box that the power lead goes to and all the wires plug into. (on many models) label all the wires connected and gently remove them. there should also be a set of wires to a white plug going up to the ignitor. remove the two screws holding the black cover on and gently remove the cover. there are two or three fuses inside. Also get a good look at the circuit board for burned or damaged areas. Mine had three damaged parts and it was easier to replace the entire board. look for the model number of the board on it and do a google search for the best price. Dinosaur electronics may be a good source. Good Luck.

You shouldn't have to lay it on its side, or "burping it", I had the same issue and realized that it is a gravity operated cooling system. I had no idea what any of this meant and tried to call Norcold to get some help...they were useless! I called the Norcold Guy (http://thenorcoldguy.com/norcold-technical-blog/) and they had a few helpful people that broke it down for me. Would probably call them again if something else breaks.
