This an excerpt from the UPS's manual:
The Bypass LED illuminates indicating that the UPS is in bypass mode. Utility power is sent directly to connected equipment during bypass mode operation. Bypass mode operation is the result of an internal UPS fault, an overload condition, or a user initiated command through an accessory. Battery operation is not available when the UPS is in bypass mode.

Liebert gxt2-10000t230 low batt,bypass light flashing,no output,shutdown after a minute

Test outlet power by switching the unit to manual bypass and breakers off.
If power is supplied OK and the filter board repaired OK then restart the unit starting with the breakers supply to unit, battery confirm the display is on and static bypass led also on then switch back the bypass knob to normal and press the on button to switch the unit to normal.
Give the batteries time to charge 12hours then you can test the unit on backup mode.

Will not start

smor4u,

There is no reset or fuse to reset. You may need to get replacement power supply. If the computer is plugged into a power strip or surge protector you can bypass it and plug the system directly into a wall outlet and power up.
Power Supply Light-on the back of the computer.
The light is a Green Light by the power supply.
Power Supply light is lit by a signal in the power supply called Power_Good (PG).
If the Power Supply Light Led is not light up, the power supply is defective.
If you need to replace the power supply you can contact the Dell Spare Parts Department at 1-877-717-3355bsat4ube4gblqiaaaaasuvork5cyii= or click the link below.

Insignia NS-32E570A11 no picture or sound

Just FYI: I had a friend with an Insignia NS-32E570-A11 with a backlight problem, and it turned out to be one of the actual LEDs in the backlight array was burned out, causing some sort of over-voltage condition that made the backlight sometimes work, and sometimes just flicker for a moment at TV startup and then turn off. We took the panel apart and bypassed the one bad LED (it had a dark spot on it and failed continuity - you can test each LED with a continuity tester and see them light up!), and now the TV/backlight works! Be aware this is tricky bypassing the bad LED, as it is ultrasonically welded to the LED array strip (same technique used to make ICs), so you need to be a very good solderer to bypass it without it breaking the connection.

Hi Ajin, I have a LG RD-JT52 Projector which I

HI David,
Sorry for the late replay first of all. I dont have the service manual with me. So i need the service manual for assist you. One more thing is You will not be able to connect the led directly to the power supply of your projector. For that you need Buck converter to connect in between the led and power supply. Normally leds are of voltage between 1.8V to 3V range. That will be mentioned in the PDF datasheet of the LED. The tearm BUCK means to reduce the voltage From the applied voltage to the range of LED working voltage. If not the led will burn out. You didnt mentioned about is the buck converter is there or not . If its there i want to know the input voltage range of the Buck converter. If it is not there, sent the service manual i will check out and tell you what type of buck converter you need. And how to replace with the LED if it possible. My email address is [email protected]

Computer will not power up

There may be a short on the motherboard. If the power supply senses something wrong they system will not boot up - unless you bypass the On switch.
I had a friend do this but he was building a system, he put all the standoffs in the case and the ones that didn't line up with the motherboard holes shorted components - he was fine until he bypassed the on switch.
Your system is a Gateway, so unless you have a screw rolling around in there (did you install a hard drive or something???) then the problem is something component failed.

I tried several different cards but no luck. Cards work ok on other computers.

5V Stand-By Indicator LED
The power supply will always supply a 5V standby voltage to your
motherboard so that it can power on via for example Wake On Lan
technology. This LED shows that your power supply is supplying
this standby voltage to your motherboard.n :D

You may need to replace your power supply, if the LED is flashing, it's not supplying the power the motherboard needs.

50 " Phillips Plasma tv. Screen is black, blinking red light.

Sounds more like blown/exploding capacitors on the PSB-Power Supply board. No OSD-on screen display a blinking led or chatter/relay clikcing at startup is the tv going into fault protection and bypassing the startup pins. The YSUS-Main controls the pic which is attached to 2 buffer boards the YBU-upper YBL-Lower. They control the upper and lower portion of the OSD and the YSUS controls both of them. Since you're getting No OSD you need to check for blown caps on the PSB first. Unplugging the set resets the error again. So you start all over again.

It may be a sign the fan is going/went bad. You should try unhooking the fan. See what happens. Turn the system on...If it works, great. You should replace the fan. Video cards have fans as a bonus to cool them down. If a fan goes bad and gets a short it will affect the video card. Hopefully the heat didn't damage the card. Good Luck, Tim
