Tattoos - Do They Hurt?

Tattoos can be a wonderful way of expressing art on the body, but you should always make sure you use a reputable tattoist and follow some basic health and safety guidelines if you want it to be a positive experience.
  • Just like with any cosmetic surgery, you should make sure that you choose your tattoo studio carefuly. Once you have a tattoo done on your body, it's not something that can be easily removed so make your choices wisely.
  • Yes, tattoos can be very painful but it's not a pain that is unbearable and everyone reacts differently. Your attitude to pain and how relaxed you are feeling will greatly affect the outcome.
  • The skill of the artist definitely has some bearing on the amount of pain you'll feel. An experienced tattoo artist will know how far they need to be pushing the needle to get the effect that they want.
  • You may be offered a numbing cream but these don't work beyond the top level of skin and as tattoos are done on the second layer of skin, these creams really don't do much to help.

In summary - yes tattoos do hurt but so does waxing and having your eyebrows plucked. Just make sure that you trust your tattoo artist and that you are relaxed.

I want to get a tattoo done on my back but I have a bit of a hairy back. What can I do about it?

if you want a tattoo, you could consider laser treatments beforehand, to permanently remove the hair from your back. It's not a very painful process but takes many treatments and could take up to a year to complete, but in theory should then be permanent.

Motherboard tattoo

motherboard tattoo is a unique code that can be written in the bios of the motherboard, I beleave this code can be changed, removed or added by first extracting the full bios of the motherboard and useing a hex editor to manipulate the information. This modifyed bios can then be flashed back into the motherboard bios chip.

This is a advanced process and I would recommend agains doing it - there is a chance of rendering the motherboard bios useless and if you don't have the hardware required to hot flash the bios back you might have to take the motherboard in for service or replace it as warranty is void when you do this.

If you still wish todo this you now know the basic process you will have to figure out how to extract a bios, how to use a hex editor and how to flash a bios. There may be easyer ways to do this.
