try settings printer setup under paper settings might give you a list of papers to enter. failing that removevpaper from tray and re insert . i think it is in the paper settings you will find the answer.

Check the leads. If any of the Leads is open the this problem can occur. You have to check the continuity of each cable for the lead end to socket. You have to check two things. First you have to check the patient cable, and have to check is its electrodes are properly cleanded or not. if any one of the lead or the electrode have some problem then the machine will stop printing.
Second thing the battery inside the machine. its a 12V 2.3AH battery. If availabel try to replace the same. To replace the battery you have to oppen the machine.

You machine have complaint in its main board. Years back i got a machine with same complaint. After a lot of serch i found a track break it its main board, because of some sort of chemical reaction it the tracks. Search for the same in your machine. Just trace the two tracks from the power on switch. One end of it will be common connection for all the other switches And the other end of the power on switch will goto the power supply. As a multlayer pcb it will be very difficult to trace the track. Anyway just try it. Also check the SMD (surface ***** device) fuses in the power supply stage. Also check the power stage for any track break. If you are not able to do this then there is only one way contact the manufacture for support. It will be very expensive because they will tell you to replace the main board.

check the paper u have inserted. it should be Schiller original paper with page marking. also clean the paper sensor. u can see the paper sensor near the side of printing head. a small square portion. clean it with an ear bud, don't use any solution for cleaning only ear bud.

Problem in Battery, Replace it

I have a problem with ECG Schiller AT-1. In auto mode, it prints nothing but in manual mode it works properly. Could you help me solve this problem

hi I don't think is there is any calibration issue while replacing the battery. For replacing the battery you have to open the ECG machine. its a 12v 1.2Ah battery. It will hve to plugs remove the two plugs and remove the old battery. install the new one in position and reconnect the plugs. only thing you have to remember is do not interchange the positive and negative terminal. ok

You have to replace the battrey of the ECG machine. Even if you are connected the power the machine works on battery. The mines power is used only for charging the battrey. If the battery is faulty then then machine will power off by it self. Its a 12v 1.2Ah battery. For replacing the you have to open the machine. You can't access the battery externally.
