Whatsapp messaged to say my Blackberry 9720 will no longer support whatsapp. How do I contact whatsapp? I am only due for an upgrade on my Vodacome contract June 2017. Do npot know what to do. Help

if personal phone and not a company one search for a clone app that opens whatsapp or bookmark the site in your browser if company phone your out of luck

Click on the black round App World Icon, click on the small round BB icon named My World -please wait - It will show Installed right on top of the screen. I tried all of these and they didnt work, but this did for me and a friend of mine.....
1. go to your main messages folder where all messages go including emails and calls.
2. locate a past conversation over whatsapp (highlighted in green) and open it.
3. send a message to the contact whilst on the whatsapp conversation.
4. come out of it completely and now you should be able to open whatsapp :D

(you may have to set the mail box to display SMS/MMS on the options>inbox settings)
