SOURCE: Paper Jam
1st, you need to find out exactly where the paper is getting stuck.
Is the paper stopping just as it gets to the rollers, or
stops when it goes through the rollers and are getting stuck on the little fuser claws?
If the paper is stopping right when it gets to the rollers, then there is a problem with the fuser drive or drive gears.
This you would probably need to place a service call to have repaired.
If the paper is getting stuck in the claws, then make sure that the claws are not stuck down. All claws should be up against the rollers, both upper and lower claws.
Sometimes they get stuck down or the spring gets knocked off.
Other than that, as long as both upper and lower fuser rollers are in good condition, paper should pass through.
If you have any other questions, feel free to repost.
Good luck.

I think i found the issue. There is this plasic actuator piece that has two parts to it and its melted. I think that is the piece that detects the paper leaveing the fuser. Here is a picture of the part that is melted. http://www.precisionroller.com/actuators-for-toshiba-2060/details_8856.html
Does any one have a repair manual that they can send me on the correct way of installing this part?
SOURCE: Toshiba 2060 Photocopier prints copies that are a bit too dark.
restart the copier while holding down the "0" and "5" keys. you will now be in service mode. enter "5" and press "start" key a number should show up in the display. this is the exposure value - how dark or light the copies will be. 5 is the automatic exposure setting. around 128 is the normal value. the larger this value the lighter the copies are - the smaller the value the darker the copies.
Enter a new number (exposure value) and press the "interupt" key to save the value. Restart the copier and check what the copies look like. Keep adjusting until it looks good/better.
