Just keeps staying like this. Tried taking battery out and that. Didn't work,than tried charging it, holding the end/turn on-off button. No success. Please help!!!! ASAP

Open the back cover , take the battery out . Press and hold the power button without the battery . Put the battery back in . Try to power it on .
If that doesnt work try below steps , ( note : you will loose your data )

"BEFORE pressing power button, HOLD 'C' button and while Holding 'C' button push POWER Button ONCE!! to start Laptop, KEEP Holding 'C' button!!! untill appears TOSHIBA screen!" then release 'C'. After that, it will appear "Operating System not Found">>then just do a restart by pushing Power Button and Start again! Have you tried to remove the battery. If not, try this remove battery, see if that works. If removing battery doesn't work you may have to reset your player. First remove battery again, but before you put it back on, slide or hold your power on button, keep holding it down then insert battery. The load-up screen should come on asking to reboot, cleanup , or reload firmware. Just reboot and see what haps

Are the battery cables corroded or otherwise no making a good connection? Clean them with a cable end cleaning tool avail at any auto parts store for around $5.00 and try it again, I bet the that is the issue, also charge the battery and have it tested at Kragen, they do it for free.

If it's new then get it replaced should have a warranty.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

You would literally have to break it open with a screwdriver or wedge, smashing/damaging other components in the process (trust me, I did it).
