The fuse is in a holder located behind the control panel assembly.
At
our site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
There
should also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

If the oven is dead, it may also be a bad magnetron thermostat or oven cavity thermostat.
The first one can probably be accessed through the opening behind the control panel, but the oven cavity thermostat cam only be accessed by removing the oven from the wall, then removing the outer cover.
