I have asked question 4 times ..provided my email..and yr site reply says for 9.99 yr question will be answered..nice thanks for nothing

One more time...bought one loved it..motor died within a year...bought another,motor died in 6 months. Should I bother buying another or do they all die quickly?

Most large companies tend to like to keep their customers satisfied.
Fixya is intended to help people determine how to solve problems.
It seems to me that your problem is with a specific product, and since you bought it new, it would seem appropriate that you contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT of the store where you bought the product.
You could also contact Proctor & Gamble directly, but I would suggest that you only do that if you do not get satisfaction from the store where you made your purchase.
One last suggestion, try to be as pleasant as possible when dealing with anyone involved. Record the dates, times, and nature of your requests and discussions. Service people get to listen to complaints all the time, and they usually react well to a pleasant discussion.

Where can I find a ozone control for the XL-15? The part # is 21-80414-5, Phase-1.

i contacted Living air about this and they replied back stating that you can not buy this that you have to send the unit in for repair. Sounds like a rip-off to have to pay to ship it off just to have someone to plug in a new module that takes all but 1 minute.

Venta l44 motor won't run less than a yr. old

I own a 3-year old Venta L44 in which the motor stopped turning the wheels inside. It just sat there humming and eventually got hot. I sent an email to the Venta web site asking if they had a recycling program -- they don't. Instead, they replied (after a few days) stating that the motor was covered under the 10-year warranty. They sent me a new motor which was super easy to install. It didn't cost me a thing. It nows works perfectly.
