One more time...bought one loved it..motor died within a year...bought another,motor died in 6 months. Should I bother buying another or do they all die quickly?

Most large companies tend to like to keep their customers satisfied.

It seems to me that your problem is with a specific product, and since you bought it new, it would seem appropriate that you contact the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT of the store where you bought the product.
You could also contact Proctor & Gamble directly, but I would suggest that you only do that if you do not get satisfaction from the store where you made your purchase.
One last suggestion, try to be as pleasant as possible when dealing with anyone involved. Record the dates, times, and nature of your requests and discussions. Service people get to listen to complaints all the time, and they usually react well to a pleasant discussion.
