You might want to eye the general menu in the phone, just in case somewhere in that menu is a reset option. Since such a search is a bit of a headache, I suggest you download the user manual, then use a search function within the document to locate "reset."
You will lose your data on the phone. Better have the contacts, messages, etc. backed up. Some apps have within their own menus the option to export data. You would need to do that also off the phone's memory to a sd card or computer. Once it is reset, it is gone. You might even backup a list of your apps, if your phone still allows that.
Here is the reset process for another LG mode, the LGMS323. The process is likely the same.:
1. In status of power off,
press power button + volume down button and hold
2. When you can see LG logo, release power button only (hold volume down button
3. And press power button again in 3 sec and hold (hold volume down button).
4. Select 'Yes'.
5. Select 'Yes'.
6. Reset processing..>
Reboot.
If the reset does not fix the problem, I have see advice to try restoring it to full stock via lgflashtool and kdz.
