If totally dead check out power supply first. If some life then suspect your main board which deals with both audio and video.

LG 55LN5700 LED TV. Screen went black, audio works. Flashlight test, able to see pic moving. Replaced LED strips & pwr board. Try turn on, LEDs blink 1x and red light flashes 3x. Let it sit 8hr

Replace the jack wires going to the LED strips. Or look for the one bad jack wire going to the LED's and fix it. Use a volt meter on ohms to find the bad wire.

TV will not turn on.

Sounds like there is a short in the tv somewhere, the clicking is probably a breaker/fuse inside the tv cutting power to prevent damage to the components. Have you tried a different outlet as they can sometimes cause this to occur by surging power to the unit.

My father has a Dynex LCD TV, Model DX-37L130A11 Rev A, sticker says 10H07-Rev A. Manufactured August 2010, Lot #: 205204 XHT 100453. A few days ago he said the audio started emitting a loud, cracking...

It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting, which I applaud you for doing. Have you tried power cycling the TV? Simply turn off the TV, unplug it (and any components connected to it), then plug it back in and turn it on after a minute. See if this corrects the issue. If it doesn't, then I would recommend calling our Product Support team to schedule repairs at:
U.S., Canada, & Puerto Rico - 1-800-305-2204
Mexico - 1-888-882-7326
daily from 7 am - 12 am CT.

My gsxr 1000 (02) wont even turn over? i get power, just bought a new battery, everything comes on, it just wont turn over.. any advice?

Fyi, the clutch must be pulled in. It sounds like you either are not remembering to pull the clutch in or the switch connected to the clutch perch is faulty. You can jump the two wires to test this.

I have a 47 lg lcd tv bought in 09. When i use hdmi for xbox 360 i get picture and sound but with ps3 no pic no sound. I just bought a sony bluray and get pic but no sound. I bought a lg bluray and get no...

To clarify, your TV is working correctly, since you get sound and video from all devices - Only your PS3 has no sound or video?

If your PS3 was previously used with regular AV cables (Red/White/Yellow) then you most likely need to do a PS3 video reset t output video over HDMI.

With the PS3 OFF, press and continue holding the power button until it turns on, beeps twice, and then turns back off. Do not release the power button during this process.

You may have to try the video reset a few times if it doesn't work right away.

After video reset, you should get sound and video over HDMI.

Pioneer SD-p5073-K Shuts off

it is the power supply board an know problem with pioneer. If you have any soldering experience you can remove the powersupply board and resolder the tracks and as many parts as you can. I had the same problem and not the power supply works great. You will soon have other problems like pic and sound going intermittant where you have to hit the tv to get it back on. more solder problems on video main board. best of luck

No picture after resetting by pressing stop button for 20 sec

Problem fixed: I realized that the problem was that with resetting the player it defaulted to the standard video ouput ie no longer sending signal through the component video. I used a standard video cable and connected player to tv with that and it had a picture. Then I changed the setting to progressive output and got picture signal through the component cable again.
