I followed some diagnostic testing from online blogs as follows: 1. Turned power on and got 10 blink LED code. 2. Turned power off, removed SS11 power from SS board and SC2 power from SC board. 3. Turned power on, got 7 blink LED code. 4. Turned power off, plugged SS11 power back into SS board. 5. Turned power on, got 7 blink LED code. From the online blogs it seems to be the SC board, SD board, or SU board. are there any other diagnostics that can be done to determine which board or component is bad? I also inspected P board and A board, did not see any rounded/puffed up capacitors or any other sign of damage. How do I fix my Panasonic 50" plasma TV?

Please make sure your connectors are in the proper place.
The HDMI inputs on the rear of the TV are optimized for use with Audio/Video
devices, Blu-ray Disc Player, DVD Recorder, etc.
The front or side HDMI
inputs only are designated for PC. To use the TV as a PC monitor, advise
customers to use only front or side HDMI inputs.

Either a bad power supply or a bad processor board.
A Good Service Shop should know what the 10 blinks are indicating.
May be a repair cost between $200 and 400 dollars.

Hello,
All you need to do is to open the back cover of the television to check for burnt transistor , this is always the problem , for you to fix this it require a basic knowledge on electronics,
Your power supply board is not yet dead, u know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
I hope this will help out in solving the problem
check the connections. if the ribbon cables are seated correctly, this will cause picture issues.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience.
If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
