The answers here to this question don't seem to answer the question, as in "When you order another book from Amazon, you can simply fill in where you would like it to go. There is a space that is there to fill out." Lord knows. Anyway, I seem to need to do something on the iPad, but I can't find it in the iPad Kindle UI, which is all local stuff, or in Settings (where there are no settings for Kindle.) Thanks!

In iBooks tap the edit button, select each book you want to remove then tap the delete button (upper left)

To reset your iPad, just press the on / off switch (on top of the iPad) and the home button (in the centre on the bottom) simultaneous and wait till the screen goes blank and the apple loge appears. Then you can release both buttons. Wait till the apple logo is gone and 10 seconds later you can switch on the iPad with the on / off button.
That should be enough.
If this does not work like you expect, see what Apple has to say to do a "deeper" (Factory) reset. Be aware you will lose all data. When you do connect the iPad to your computer regularly and you have a backup in iTunes, this is great, because you then can restore everything like it was last time you connected to the computer.
