The pictures when played back are some times with a purple hue or totaly all green

it gradually get damaged pls it shut off for sometime.

Yes. Could be the color signal jacks in the back. Make sure you have them plugged in properly, green for green, blue for blue, and red for red.

Picture is going out.Now days it's cheaper to just get a new one.Try adjusting the hues tins and contrast.

It can't be on 100% like the screen.Try print the photo on best resolution on printer.

replace the analog board

HI. this is being caused by a faulty convergence chip that is located on the convergence board. simply replacing this chip or replacing the entire board will fix this issue.

for the color problem,most likely you do have problem with loose contact of components from C-board ( small board connected at the back of CRT "picture tube" which drives every color and size of the screen)if you have knowledge with soldering electronic component parts, resolder this board and also check main board for possible loose contact.

Need to check the T-con board & main board.
Normally possibility of T-con problem is 70%

if you have access to another monitor use if to verify the monitor is the problem and not the video card of the computer.
does the monitor allow you to adjust color and tint(hue) because the tint or hue control changes the overall color from green to purple. or the color control circuit has failed leaving you stuc with a purple screen.

Chuck the TV - probably It depends on the repair facilities available where you live. In big urban areas the cost of staffing a repair shop is such it can cost nearly as much per hour just to look at an item is it does to buy the next one-plus you get all the latest features.
