My Electrolux washing machine is showing error codes MB Alarm E33, and UI Alarm E00. It has stopped working altogether. Door wont open and clothes are stuck in ther. I have run a diagnostic test and it shows the error in the drain section. Any ideas

Rapid reading of alarms:

Press the START/PAUSE button and the nearest option button (4) simultaneously for at least 2 seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence indicating the last alarm.

After reading error code (look display) will be a lot clearer in which phase of the washing cycle has occurred or is happening malfunction.

New washing machine (electronic) compared to the old models (electromechanical) consume much less water, so it looks that your washing machine is working properly, otherwise it would be stopped. This will be confirmed if the display show E00 which means there is no any malfunction. Any other error code, for exp. E10,E20,E30, E40, E50...... means some malfunction.

On an Electrolux washer the error code "E00" stands for No code stored. This could be a miscommunication I would recommend you perform a reset on your washer. You can do this by flipping the household breaker for roughly ten minutes. Hello - I am happy to assist you. However, are you certain that the error code is E33? From my research this manufacturer does not have an E33 error code for any of their units. Could it possibly be E32 or E35? If so, it is related to a pressure sensor issue. Either it has detected a pressure senor calibration error or an overfill water pressure sensor problem. Try reprogramming the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart washer. If it proved to be ineffective, contact a professional to properly diagnosis the unit and move forward accurately.

First of all is the machine doing anything it should not be.That alarm code does not exist on our system,the closest is EH1 and this relates to Power supply problems or a faulty PCB.To cancel press and hold the start/pause button and the nearest option button for about 5 seconds,now turn the programme knob to position 10 then hold in the start/pause button and option buttons again till alarm disappears and E00 is showing.Then turn dial to 0 then back to position 1 then back to 0 to cancel operation.

E40 error is door interlock faulty, could be the lock or it could be the pcb u have to test them.
