Dell error code 31

I also had the same problems in my laptop, but I had tried many ways, this problems couldn't be fixed. A friend told me maybe I need to reintalled the system. However, I didn't want to do. Finally, I tried to use other wifi software. A program named OSToto Hotspot can run. You can have a try!

Code 31 seems to be a driver issue. If you don't have a CD you can download the drivers for you PC from Dell using the link below. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&product=3377259

1. Go into the Wii Menu (Wii icon on the main menu screen.
2. Select "Wii Settings," then "Internet," and "Connection Settings."
3. Erase your existing Internet Connection Settings and set up a new connection. (Click here for help)
4. Once you have established and tested a successful connection test, try the connection to the Wii Shop again.

Go to Run, type in Cmd, Type in Ipconfig/all and if there is nothing there, then right click on your wifi applet select the repair function and it will try to repair the Ip Address

yes but you will need to download a wifi driver in the Dell so that it can communicate with the wifi service provider
best download the driver from the modem used for the connection
