you will need a new user name and email account to open a new facebook acct. Once created, you will need to be able to log in from the device you wish to use, using the new email acct and user name (some devices do not readily have means to enter alpha-numeric information).
You can't make a new account with your existing email address and username. Change either to make a new account.
If you want to open a new facebook account just go to www.facebook.com. Make sure you are logged out of any existing account and fill in your details to create a new account.
