I have a file manager app (there are many). I find and open the Download folder using this app and delete the files I wish to get rid of. I have not tried this but I think you could use a performance enhancing app (again there are many) that will find and recommend old/unused 'stuff' on your tablet for deletion.

Open the Downloads app, from the list you can select and delete files using the trash can icon.

I assume you are in the downloads app if so just touch and hold for short while it should then select the file and the delete button should (trash can) appear at the top of the screen.

Could you tell me the name of your tablet?

As I known, nearly all of the tablet can download ebooks only by wifi connected.

For instance, I can read Google books purchased from Google Play Books on Nexus 7. And I can also read Kindle books on my Nexus 7, too.

The reason for the "Gmail Facelift" is that as of June 5, 2013 Google deployed a Gmail update, this update included a bunch of updates including colored emails. You may remove Gmail and install the old version from here: Gmail 4.3.1 or when you click on the email to read the email, select the Menu and choose DELETE to delete the email.

Hello download the manual here at asus:

http://www.asus.com/Tablet/Nexus/Nexus_7/#download

Select first android as operating system.

Open the manual folder and click on global for download.

The file has to be unziped and you need adobe reader to read the content.
