I received info on how to cut & past messages for answers since I can't use Microsoft Word but I'm still trying to follow up on an answer to Rinnai RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater - LP Gas and have not been able to get my reply to that person----In addition you can not reiterate any previously given answers so it makes almost impossible to help with an answer

If you've received a request for more information or an answer to the question you mentioned, you are able to see and respond to the replies by doing any of the following:
If you received a request for more information about your question you can visit your question page and then right below your question there will be a link that will display the number of comments on your question. See image 1 below.

Click the 1 comment link to display the comments on your question.
If your question has no comments you can click the more option and then click add a comment. See image 2 below:

If you received an answer and would like to view the comments on the answer, the process is similar. Just visit your question page and in the answer there is a link to view comments. See image3 below:

For example if you clicked on the 3 comments link you will see all the comments on the answer.
In all the cases these links will also allow you to comment or reply to a comment if needed.

This type of screen that your displaying now was not available when I went to check on status of answer---only thing I was able to do was veiw only part of my answer that's how I found out you can't use ms word
That's very odd. Are you are able to see the comments section on your previous question now? Is it possible you were using a different web browser or something? Any additional details would be extremely helpful so I can further troubleshoot. Thanks in advance for your help!
