There are several serial numbers actually (is that what you meant by "number"?), did you get your saw in a multitool kit or charger/hard case/ multiple batery package deal? Of course, I'd try start your search at Google: masterforce.com, if you are trying to reorder parts, there is a link for that too. In a search text box Specify LITHIUM as one of you first keywords.
If it's the white work light ? Has someone worked on it recently ? Does the work light go off when pulling trigger? Are the forward and reverse switched ? It could be the blk and red wires on the brush card assembly are switched.
recharge or replace accu even the light is working the deep discharge protection was activated there are 3 contacts on the battery connector the middle (near the plus)
Just try to borrow a battery by your dealer to make sure it's not a problem of the battery itself, and also if warranty ??
If both yellow and green LEDs come on, this indicates a deeply discharged or defective battery pack. Allow the battery pack to remain in the charger for 15 to 30 minutes. When the battery pack reaches normal voltage range, the red LED should come on. If the red LED does not come on after 30 minutes, this may indicate a defective battery pack and should be replaced. n After normal usage, a minimum of 1 hour of charging time is required to fully recharge battery pack.
