If tv is bluetooth capable, look under menus and pair with H700.
Phones if initially paired will simply need to have bluetooth 'active' (as by default it is usually off). - If not pair - you will need to go through menus under 'settings' to pair with the H700 (also at this point indicate that the H700 is 'trusted device').

How to connect Samsung Galaxy S3 to TV..
There are 3 ways to do this..
1. You can use a compatible MHL adapter that connects to the micro USB charging port of your phone and then a regular HDMI cable from your TV connects to the MHL adapter that's connected to your phone. You will have to connect the Samsung micro USB charging cable to the MHL adapter in order for this to work.
You will be able to see everything that you do on your device, however you will be limited to how you hold your phone if you are trying to play a game and direct what you see on the screen to the TV.
Note: the MHL adapter may overheat your device if you have it on and working for long periods of time.
2. You can use a remote access app on the phone to view on a PC/TV monitor. Depending on the remote access app, there maybe a lag seeing the image on your screen. Most apps like this are paid apps.
3. The Samsung Galaxy S3 phone has a natively installed software tool on the phone or can be downloaded from the Samsung Galaxy App Store (Available after you set up your Samsung account on your phone) that can link to a compatible DLNA device (most TV's that are 2005 or older). The app is called Samsung AllShare Play, or it may also be called Samsung Link
You should remove this item from the phone and reconnect / pair it again. In the manual for the headset you have information on how to reconnect the headset to the phone and the phone have to be in "discover" mode for bluetooth
I think there are some H700 headsets which support smart find. If this is your case, you must ensure that all the bluetooth enabled devices, which have been previously paired with it, have their bluetooth radios turned off. Then, some 5 seconds after you open the headset's boom, the light should become steadily lit, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Otherwise (i.e. if it doesn't support smart find), with its boom closed, press the call button for some 5 seconds, until the light is steadily lit. Then, open the boom. Either way, turn on the bluetooth radio of the device you now want to pair your headset with, and make it search for new devices. After a while, the H700 should appear in the device' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). Hope you are able to sort your problems out. By the way, if your headset's quick start guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
good morning!! ive been thru this before, try tapping your phone volume while your talking to your party, it shold be seen on your phone screen as earpiece volume than turn it up and when you have the volume where you want it dont forget to tap the set on your phone, another prob i had was some times there is a small protective plastic film on the ear holes on the tooth and one on the mike sometimes, i could hear my party but they couldnt hear me until i discovered that lil peice of plastic. remember your key codes are either 0000 or 1234. good luck m.m.
First: When charging the light should be steady. If the battery is less than 20% charged it should be red. More than 20% it will be yellow. Fully charged it should be green. Make sure your microphone is closed when charging.
Second: Have you "Paired" the H700 and the phone? If not you need to. To put the H700 into "Pairing Mode" do this:
Make sure the H700s microphone are is in the off position. Push in and
hold the button on the H700 until the light lights up purple. Release
the button and quickly open the microphone button. The light will stay
purple and you are now in "Pairing Mode". Now follow the instructions
for your phone to pair with a BlueTooth unit. When it asks for a code,
use 0000 (that is 4 zeros).
