no because the speaker wont connect or show on any ipods except forr the ipod touch

That is more than likely faulty wiring, or something is lose, if it is faulty wiring the only thing I can say is Take out the speaker and trash the rest of it, if something is lose then find the wire that's lose and re - solder it. If it is a lose wire it is more than likely the power wire, cause when power is being sent it is being sent such a fast speed that it will jump to (wire B) before stopping at the end of (wire A)! Wireless head phones works on principle of wireless technology.
The phone has a reciver and tv or Audio system has a transmitter ,.
WiFi/blue tooth are examples.

Does you laptop have Bluetooth? Open start menu, search, type Buletooth, Does it come up? OR, Open Device Manager, Network Adapters, is Bluetooth adapter listed? OR, Open Services, do you see Bluetooth? If you find the Bluetooth Software, open Settings.

Pairing the BLUETREK® G2
Before using the BLUETREK® G2 headset, you must pair it with your Bluetooth® mobile
phone. Pairing is the process of linking 2 Bluetooth® devices, so that they can
communicate.
To initiate pairing:
1. Place the BLUETREK® G2 and your mobile phone within 0.3 meter (1 foot) from
each other.
2. Switch on your phone and select its Bluetooth® discover mode (refer to the
Bluetooth® mobile phone user manual).
3. When the BLUETREK® G2 is switched off, press and hold the TALK button for
about 7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternatively. And a

4. Once the mobile phone detects the headset, a “BlueTrek G2” message will be
displayed. Follow the phone instructions to accept the pairing. The PIN code (or
passkey) is 0000, then press “yes” or “ok”.
If pairing success, the indicator light will switch to blue and flashes slowly.

On your smartphone, you need to enable the bluetooth wireless headset settings. There may be a seperate setting on your bluetooth options for enable wireless headset and enable wireless handsfree.

You may also want to check and make sure the volume is turned up all the way on the smartphone media player and on the headset.

after you have paired the two devices... the blackberry that is receiving the file has to be in receiving mode.

Go to MEDIA or music icon on your handheld where all of your tones are, hit the menu key and choose "receive using bluetooth" then hit send on the other handheld.

and there ya go !!!

its just another added security feature by RIM to avoid unwanted stuff being transferred .
