go to your facebook account then click on Photo / Video icon then choose upload photoes when the window is open you should browse your gallery and select a picture or pictures you want and then click on open button. you should wait for some minutes , it depends on your pictures size.

Not sure but on my Android tablet once I use the picture player there is usually a upload or backup option to send a picture to a device or online account. Personally I use WD MyCloud to transfer pictures but that because I have one of their DLNA servers. You can also just "send" it to via your email to another email account and and then access it on the PC by logging into that account from a browser and then downloading it. I have had to do so on some android devices.

Log onto facebook,
click photo then find upload photo. click that then tell it where the photo is.

Try downloading the Facebook app for iPad. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/facebook/id284882215?mt=8 It should work better and faster, and won't give you any problems uploading pictures from your iPad.
