Faucet isn't leaking, handle is just loose.
Many two handle faucets have either a cover button on top or on the side, top button types generally can be tightened with a screw driver while the side button style typically requires an allen wrench (hex key)

There is a small allen screw in the base of the handle- the part the stem screws into to turn the water to the on position. Moen uses a cartridge on their faucets. You have to remove the handle. You will find the stem and a small U shaped retainer. Pull the retainer out and pull the cargridge straight up. Sometimes the cartridge is in there pretty tight and you have to pull hard. Once you do this, take the cartridge to your local hardware store. Replace it with the one you have because they have 2 different one. Install it back in the same order it was removed. Hope this helps and good luck.

try and pull the cartridge out and look in there with a flash light and make sure there isn't any think lodged in the hot water side of the faucet, you might even want to leave the cartridge out and turn the water back on to try and flush it out. alot of times rubber from the old cartridge gets stuck in there as you are pulling the old one out especially if it's stuck in there good

You need to replace the stem. This will not cost you a dime; call MOEN and tell them the issue, with the model number, and they will send the replacement part. Many people don't know that MOEN is guaranteed for life (to the original owner)......another words, say you are the original owner :) They will not ask any questions. Good luck!
