Hey friend, thanks for your post!
I understand that you would like to take apart your Frigidaire washer, FAFS4474LA0. I was unable to locate a guide to provide you with through instructions on how to disassemble your washer. I would highly recommend having a professional come and properly repair your washer. With removal of parts it could cause future issues if they are not replaced properly or installed properly. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

How to take Frigidaire dryer apart

Thank you for your post, friend!

I understand that you would like to know how to take apart your Frigidaire washer. Is there a specific component you are searching for or did your washer provide you with an error code. If you could provide me with a model number I would be able to further assist you. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the door frame of your washer. With that additional information I would be happy to assist you. -Matt

My Frigidaire affinity washer leaks water into the washer stand. Whenever I open the drawer after washing a couple of loads there's water in the drawer.

That's what I thought was wrong with mine to I had 1.75 in change and a piece of a wash clothe in the screen. I toke all that out and it still leaked. Took it apart further and found a piece of the weight that is made out of cement broke of and rubbed through the drum. That sounds like junk to me!!!

Change control board on Frigidaire washer LTF2940ES3

This is typically not a DIY type of job since the entire front, top, panel where the settings are needs to be taken apart to reach the control board and wiring harnesses.

I have a Frigidaire Gallery Stackable that has a screechy dryer

Sounds like it is worn out. Get a parts diagram and take it apart and see what parts are missing or worn out. The belt is probably coming apart and that is the black stuff. There are several plastic wear plates and a bearing/bushing for the drum, plus the belt idler and all these can wear out. The motor could also have a bad bushing in it but more than likely that will require a new motor as they don't usually sell just the bushing or end caps.
