your set is the V17 series so a code 22 means short protect. Which means the TV has a short circuit condition and is shutting down to prevent further damage. You can get a manual for the V17 sereis at the following link for 15.99 and they will provide free unlimited support to help you with the diagnosis and locating parts. yes the convergence Ics are what cause the two picos to be open they are both 5 amp picos. You can get the picos, the convergence ICs and the factory service manual for your model at the following link.your model is known as the V17 chassis for service manuals and you should require two STK392-570 Convergence ICs. Heres the link they provide free instalation instructions.

Same problem.. Checked the fuses but they're fine no reset switch to be found.

try holding in the menu and input/device buttons on the front of the set both together and see if it blinks a series of blinks, pause briefly then blinks a second series of blinks, let me know what the blinks were sush as 22 or 24
