I have my bookmark page but I would like to make another folder and put the bookmarks I use the most.
May I suggest that you click on Google Chrome. And type your question. Follow Google response options.
Hope this helps. Good luck
All you have to do is right click on the bookmark bar scroll down to bookmark manager that window will open and that will let you make any changes to what you have on your bookmark bar.

SOURCE: How can I transfer my bookmarks to a new computer?
The simplest method to transfer bookmarks between computers is by "signing in" to Chrome on the first computer. All of your Chrome browser data and preferences (including bookmarks) will be saved into your Google account, and that will be available whenever you sign in again on any other computer.
Here's how to sign in: In the Chrome web browser, click on the wrench icon (upper right corner), then select "Sign in to Chrome".
Then enter your Google account user name and password.
All of your Chrome bookmarks, extensions and other preferences will then be saved into your Google account online.
Then on your new computer, install the Chrome browser, and again "sign on" with the same Google account. Your Chrome bookmarks, extensions and other preferences will be retrieved from your Google account.

Alternatively, you can export your bookmarks from the Chrome browser on
the old computer. Click on the wrench icon, select "Bookmark manager"; then select Organize > Export bookmarks. That will generate an HTML file. Copy that file to the new computer (e.g., by using a flash drive). Then on the new computer, install the Chrome browser, select "Bookmark manager"; then select Organize > Import bookmarks.

Hope that's helpful.
