The Centrios Atomic Desk Clock has the 4 time zones shown for North America & at the moment, it is set to Pacific time zone. I have tried every combination on the back of the clock to change the time zone to Eastern - but have failed to do so. The Cetrios clock has a diplay for time, day, date year & temperature & you can change the time via satelite. I have set the clock to a different time than currant one, & bypushing receive button on the back, the time will correct itself - but to Pacific time. Therefore, the clock is 3 hours behind us.Adjustments on the back are from left to right-mode,set,adjust,receive & snooze(clock can also be used for an alarm clock. On the back of the clock is the namr - CENTRIOS & the cat No.is631-6006. THe description says it is a desktop clock with indoor thermometer. Clock is made in china for ORBYX electronics. It says that CENTRIOS is a trademark of ORBYX ELECTRONICS. Many thanks in advance for looking at problem. Fred Borgman

I have followed the instructions in the booklet and still can not get the time on the indoor clock set to stay on DST, we live in Alberta, and are on DST, but when I set the clock to DST, it stays for about half an hour and then decides to jump ahead either two or three hours. What am I doing wrong?
My e-mail is [email protected] or phone (403)948-7731. We have had the clock for two years now, all I did was change the batteries on both the clock and the temperature transmitter, I have all the rest of the settings done, it's just the time setting that I'm having a problem with. I cannot get the time or outside weather to set.I cannot get the time or outside weather to set.
Here is how you adjust the time zone:
1.) push MODE till "AL" appears after the minute.
2.) tap "SET" (tap means push but do not hold) and time zone will advance.
3.) THE TRICK: The Time Zone can only be set in the Alarm Mode. Make sure you so not push and hold "SET" until the hour flashes as you would to set the alarm time. You just go into Alarm Mode and tap "SET" to advance the Time Zone by one zone per tap. When the Time Zone is where you want it, tap MODE to return to the clock and set the correct time.
It's so simple. Go to http://www.centrios.com/ >Timekeepers >Support >Online Support >Centrios Manual> Category"Clocks" >Model"6316006/C864" >Manual"English" >Download.

Place your Seth Thomas atomic clock face-down on a table or desk and locate a series of buttons labeled "PST," "MST," "CST" and "EST" on the back of the clock. Press the appropriate button to set the time zone.
To correct the time on your Sharp Atomic clock, you will need to reset the time zone. To do this, press and hold the "Time Zone" button for 3 seconds until the time zone flashes. Then, press the "Hour" and "Minute" buttons to adjust the time zone to the correct time zone. Once the time zone is set, press the "Time Zone" button again to save the settings. The clock should now be displaying the correct time.
Here is some advice found on the web
1:
All buttons are on the back of the clock. To set the time zone, push "menu"; then push "Set" until the correct time zone is displayed (EA = Eastern, PA = Pacific, etc); then push "Menu" again - DONE. To adjust time, date, year & day, push & hold "Set" until the hour begins to flash; then push "Adjust" until the correct hour is reached; then push "Set"; repeat this sequence as the clock moves on to the next flashing segment (e.g. minute, seconds, month, date, & year); the clock will automatically set the Day based upon the Month, Day & Year you select - DONE.
2:
Press theSETkey to enter the mode"Manual Time Setting".
Manual Time Setting
In case the Skyscan Atomic Clock is not able to detect the WWVB-signal (disturbances, transmitting distance, etc.), the time can be manually set. The clock will then work as a normal Quartz clock.
Note:
In 12 hours mode the time will be displayed with an additional"PM"for the time from 12:00 noon until 11:59.
1. The hour digits will start flashing on LCD1. Set the desired hours by pressing the+key followed by pressing theSETkey.
2. Now the minute digits will start flashing. Set the desired minutes by pressing the+key . If the + key is held, the units will increase by 5.
3. Press theSETkey to move to the"Year Setting".
Place your Seth Thomas atomic clock face-down on a table or desk and locate a series of buttons labeled "PST," "MST," "CST" and "EST" on the back of the clock. Press the appropriate button to set the time zone.
2
Turn your attention to the small lithium battery-powered digital clock display on the back of your clock. With the correct time zone set, the digital display should accurately reflect the current local time.
3
Locate the AA battery compartment on the back of your clock. Put two new AA batteries into your clock's battery compartment.
4
Set the "Mode" switch on the back of your Seth Thomas atomic clock to "Run." Wait for it to adjust to the correct time. The automatic time-adjustment process can take up to 45 minutes, but is usually completed much sooner.
