Cannot retrieve voicemail

you said voicemail, which is a service from the telephone provider. Typically, you dial your own number and follow the prompts. Contact your service provider if this does not work. It is NOT the phone.

If your charge light is flashing and you have no messages on your answering system, you may have voicemail. Voicemail is provided by your telephone company and they would be able to assist you with retrieving those messages.

Well, if it's an iPhone I may be able to help :) once you delete a voicemail from your log, it'll go to deleted messages. Scroll to the bottom of your voicemails for the deleted messages button and there you can retrieve all deleted voicemails. Now, if you deleted your voicemail from there too, then your best bet would be calling your phone company and see if they could possibly retrieve it. Again, this is for an iPhone, I'm not sure how it works on any other device. Hope that helps! :)

you have to log in to your account at the phone service provider and reset message waiting indicator. If you have a contract company managing your ip phone service, call them, and say you need the message indicator reset.

It is telling you that the voice mail ports are busy and can not take another call in to the voice mail system. If the port the does not clear up after a min or two then reset the voice mail system . Unplug the power cord from the wall and let it set for a min , then plug it back in and wait about 5 min for the system to come back up , that should free up the ports .

Press down the "find handset" button until the paging beep stops (about 5 seconds) and this will reset the indicator lights on the handsets.

hold you finger for 5 seconds on the page (or find hs) button, that usually clears the blinking beep/light!!!

also make sure no old messages are in the VM inbox!

This worked for my phone!

What worked for me was to call my phone and leave a voicemail. I then retrieved and deleted my voicemail which reset my handsets.
