Hello Margaret Gulan! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern with your Whirlpool Oven. You may reset the Oven by disconnecting the power for a complete minute. Either by the plug or shutting off at the breaker in the home. If that does not resolve the issue then please respond back to this email address [email protected] with your name, reviewer id (Margaret Gulan), phone number, street address, zip code, model & serial number, and date of purchase on the appliance. We would be happy to assist you. We look forward to your reply.
We are very sorry to hear this and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We would be glad to look into this if you could email us at [email protected] with your name, address, phone number and the model & serial numbers of the Range.
All the information for that is usually located on the tag where the model and serial number are at. Electrical specs are 220v a/c 60hz. I can't recall the amperage. If you don't have the owners manual you can go to www.apdepot.com and get one
Most Whirlpool model numbers start with two or three letters and have another two letters later in the number. W10198615D may be your serial number or a Lowe's product number, not the Whirlpool model number.
Usually though the model number and serial number aren't on the back of the stove. The plaque with this data is on the rim of the oven behind the warming or storage drawer.
Sabrina I do not see an F13 Error Code for Whirlpool, Try unplugging oven for a few minutes and then plug or switch power back on from breaker and it should reset. Also send the exact model number located inside your bottom drawer door or oven door. Here are all the codes listed for Whirlpool=> Whirlpool Fault Codes You also can find your user manual here=> Whirlpool User Manuals and model number Locator's here=> Model Number Locator's I have spent a lot of time trying to help and will be happy to assist you if you have more questions, Thanks, Sea Breeze
open the draw on the bottom and look at the frame and you'll see a tag with the model and serial numbers, depending on how old it is if the top lifts up it could be there if not down behind the draw
The serial and model number is usually stamped on a metal plate, when the oven door is open you can see it on the upper left hand corner of the oven itself it if is not there it will be on the back of the unit. i hope you find it.

Most likely the problem with your range is the spark module. It is located in the control panel on the right hand side. You can access it by removing the back panel held with four screws from the back. Remember to unplug the range first. The name plate with the model number and the serial number is on the frame behind the storage drawer. You can buy the spark module here: http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=SrmyP8LkIos&offerid=92089.545301030&type=10&subid=
It comes with installation instructions.
