A replacement part for your scanner won't be difficult. I buy things like that at my local electronics supply store. I usually take in the old part, and say "I need one of these". They either have it, or can get it quickly.
My latest experience was to get a replacement circuit breaker for a Chinese generator. So these guys can get anything you need.

look at what is left of the base, if there are two flats on the mast, put a small wrench or vise grip on it and unscrew it. buy a new mast at a parts store and screw it in the hole. if it is broken off totally then you are going to have to pull out the fender liner and replace the whole shooting match from underneath. generally the only hard part about that is removing the old liner hardware and snaking the wire inside the car and to the radio.

once you remove drum,you can just knock the broken studs out with a hammer and punch
to install new studs,just tap them into place with a hammer. the studs go in from the inside of drum.happy mechanicing

this tends to be a common problem with dropped psp's . the reason that this happens when dropped it because the error has to do with the WIFI antenna . either its a very very low signal or your WIFI antenna inside your PSP is broken . you need to call Sony's customer care and get it repaired. i would not suggest doing it your self as it is very difficult to replace the antenna and it voids your PSP's warranty.

Plug it into the RF input. It should be marked as ANT (antenna), Cable, or ANT/CABLE. Do a Auto Program in the Menu and you should get channels there is a cable or antenna source.

Access is behind the left hand panel in the hatch/trunk area. (Your car is left hand drive, correct? Not a GTO?) Only have to remove a few screws to get to it. Then a couple more bolts to remove the antenna motor. No, they cannot be rebuilt, and new ones from Mitsu are VERY expensive. You might want to buy a generic model from Advance, Auto Zone or NAPA.

antenna mast is no good.. you can buy a mast and have it installed or buy a used antenna and have it installed im sure Elite foreign auto parts has only saab parts.. tested and used,
