sounds like your bulb is shot-remove back panel to find-take out and take to tv shop for replacement-use gloves on new bulb when replacing as you should with any bulb-hand oil diminishes life of bulbs.

There is no such model TV for Samsung.

Fault with its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

The last time I repaired a samsung I had to replace the eeprom as it stores the fault in it's memory, It is located on the RF board which is the largest board on the tv. The chip is on the reverse of the board towards the top left as you look at it before removing the board, it is a very small surface mount device and if I remember has 8 legs but not sure could be six, I bought the replacement eeprom off Ebay.
