Hello -
You will find the instructions for changing the language on the GPS in the Operating Instructions Manual.
I can only think you do not have the manual. You can download one free here:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/360975/Panasonic-Strada-Cn-Nvd905u.html#manual
Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software free.
When you download the manual and save it to your Documents folder, be sure to give the downloaded file a file name you can find again easily - maybe: Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U.
The instructions for changing the language are on Page 19 of the manual.
Best wishes.

I also have a cn-nvd905u. I called panasonic and the treated me like a
thief because I didnt buy it from a "authorized dealer". After running
across a bunch of fake directions, I finally found the ones that work.
the directions are:
you need to touch the screen right above and below the white box that
says "input ID Code" in this order and I guarantee it will work.
Right up, left up, left down, left up, right up, left up
Enjoy

Hi
Its available from Amazon - see link
Or if you prefer not to buy online, you can put your details into the 'Find a service centre' section at this link to find a Panasonic agent near you that will stock these.
Thanks for using FixYa. If you find this helpful your rating is appreciated.

How I change the language Japanese to english
SOURCE: Am I able to install English onto my Panasonic
No, that model was never intended for use outside of Japan.
Either remove it and replace it with another system or ignore it and buy a standalone satnav system (always cheaper and easier to update/replace).
