There might be fuel in the filter housing because it's trying to get through the screen. Clean the screen and replace the fuel filter and you should be good to go.
I don't know your exact model but most faucets screen filter can be screwed off for cleaning or replacement. Remove the screen filter with a pair of pliers and a rag. Once you get it loose, you should be able to unscrew with your fingers. Put the rag around filter before putting the pliers on it to prevent gouges and deep scratches in the chrome. IF you have a dishwasher, you can clean the screen filter on top basket of dishwasher if you have one. IF the screen filter looks bad to you, just replace it. Go to any hardware store ,take the screen filter with you and get help finding the right one. Once you have a replacement, hand screw it back on as tight as you can. IF it still leaks , use the rag and pliers to tighten it just enough to stop the leak in the screw parts. Good luck.
you can flush or by removing the pan, on the side of transmission. it has no filter, per se, it was what we call filter screen. you don't need to replace the filter, simply clean it.
Your Jeep does not have a sperate fuel filter that is serviceable like an older vehicle. The so called fuel filter is just a screen attached to the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank. It is very rare that this screen becomes clogged or causes an issue requiring removal, but if the fuel screen is in need of replacement (very rare), then the entire fuel pump module assembly inside the tank will need to be replaced.
The filter is not serviceable. There is no filter, per se, it's a screen sock at the bottom of the fuel pump inside the fuel tank - no replacement required in its lifetime.... unless contamination occurred, then you'd want to replace the entire assembly/pump, not just the screen sock.
Your vehicle is not equipped with a fuel filter. The filter is a mesh screen that is attached to the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank, and is not a serviceable part, unless the filter or pump is defective. It is rare to have the screen on the module to become clogged or to need replacing.
So after you have replaced the V5 Cell Filter in the IQ Air, here are the steps you'll need to follow in order to reset the filter indicators:
At the main menu on the control panel, push the menu button 7 times until you get to the screen that says Replace Filter.
At the Replace Filter screen, press and hold the Enter Key until the cursor appears, and is flashing.
Press the UP arrow button on the keypad until you get to the V5 Cell Filter.
At the V5 Cell Filter screen press the Enter Key to confirm your filter reset selection. This will turn the corresponding filter LED to a flashing red light. IQAir requires that your reconfirm the filter selection to prevent inadvertently resetting the wrong filter. If you chose the wrong filter, press the menu key after pressing the enter the first time to disregard the filter change command.
To confirm the filter reset selection, press enter a second time, which will reset the filter life, and reset the filter hours.
You can repeat these instructions for the other two filters on your machine when it's time. Here's a link to the product manual for your IQ Air Health Pro Plus which will give you the same instructions, as well as other maintenance instructions.

The wire mesh or screen side should be facing up. The screen is there as a reinforcement to stop the filter material from bowing-in from air pressure and debris when the car is moving.
