if you already have an account sign in else click on create account. Once you login or create account you will have link player, click on it and you can enter the code

just go to roku's webpage and on the top right corner click on sign in and create an account with them and click onmy account on the top right corner again and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on link player and enter the code

I got the above link when I input roku.com/link from my location. It asks to type in the code found on the tv below in a form.
