Dial the number and press the right hand side of the middle key to increase the volume and the left hand side of the middle key to reduce the volume.

Ear piece is really low, can hardly hear the caller

Hi,

You can increase the ear piece volume when on call.When you are on call push the joy stick to right to increase the volume and left to reduce volume.

if your headphones are connected than detach them. if it's not hte case than you phone's speaker's dead

How can i increase speaker volume ?

Hi,

When you are in the call, press the Volume up button or the Right button, It should increase your volume of the speaker

How do I turn the volume up to hear phone calls?

There should be a volume button on the side. Press up on that while on or off the call and it should turn up the volume if it's not up already.

As regards the ringtones, have you just put the volume down, as I did this unintentionally and couldn't hear the ringtones until my son turned the volume back up for me - by pressing the up button while ringtone is playing.

When you are receiving a call use the up/down or left/right rocker (the squarish thingy around the circular button in the middle) to increase/decrease the volume. This also works for the speaker volume if you have the speaker on.

Try looking for buttons on the side of your phone. They will be arrows to change your volume up and down.
