Trying to get the code to program my cox cable univeral remote

I already tried all the codes in the cox book... and I spent a half hour trying to let the remote search for the code with no solution... Does anyone know this code...??? thanks...

    I have the same problem, I gave up after clicking the button for 30 minutes. I can't locate a code for my cable company's universal remote.

My RCA Univeral remote will not program my Toshiba VCR. The remote works on other machines. What is the problem?
You need to be certain you are entering the correct code for the Toshiba. In your code book try them all for that brand. If it still doesn't work, it might be there's a problem with the remote sensor or detection circuit of the VCR.
If you don't have the codes/book post another question on here asking for Toshiba VCR Remote Codes.

I purchased a VIZO, Blu-Ray 1080P DVD player. I
If its a brand new unit then its possible the remotes codes may be too old. ask cox to try a new remote or have them research the problem. after all you are a paying customer.
