Check if problem is monitor or graphic card easyly by connecting an external monitor. If works you should get a new monitor for you laptop. If won't, your motherboard must be repaired.
i have tried numerous solutions for this problem, and they never worked,so what i did was- I got another monitor and hooked it up to my laptop, u can see the everything on the the monitor, so this means ur display hardware is jacked up, or ur monitor is.
You do not say if your laptop screen is working or not or why you want to use an external monitor.
Assuming the laptop has no fault and boots properly, to send the laptop image to an external monitor, once you have booted into Windows, press and hold the Fn (function) key bottom left of your keyboard, near the Windows Logo key, then simultaneouly press the Function key (above the numbers) with the image of 2 monitors, 1 dark, 1 bright (often the F4, F5 or F6 key).
If the laptop's screen is faulty and the above procedure does not work, there may be damage to the graphics card which will probably require specialist repair.
Please try this: Connect your laptop to a working monitor. Then use the monitor as your temporary monitor. If this works, then the screen in your laptop is broken or damaged. If this still doesn't work, your laptop might be broken. In this case, try formatting it.
i think you have problem with driver software . better try by re-installing it again, else take to service center , because screens are the most complecated part
