You should specify for what operating system you need a driver. Technical specification of your webcam is not useful to get the driver, give your webcam's make and model
because the camera is a 10x optical zoom. Once you go above the 10x it is no longer using the optics to zoom. it is using the "digital zoom" which is, in my opinion useless. you can disable the digital zoom in the menu options(recommended). basically it's taking the 10x zoomed image and cropping it or enlarging the pixels and that is where the blurriness comes from.
bravea ,10x digital zoom f=3.85mm magapixal, you cut and paste that and you will find drivers for it, not sure if any of them are newer but it should help you go in the right direction
