SOURCE: I had bought an ipad

I was very happy when I got my hands on the new iPad. I didn't notice this at first, but when I took the tablet into my backyard, and my iPhone was able to pick up my router signal without a hassle; the iPad didn't pick up the network at all. This became a nightmare for me. A friend suggested trying the "Forget This Network" reset method, which used to work on the older models, but this didn't improve the wifi range at all. Right when I lost all hope, I came across WIRED magazine and found a review of Pong Research cases, After seeing the great feedback on their products, I bought one and it finally solve the new iPad 3 wifi issues . The back cover has a built-in antenna in between its layers, which redirects and boosts the signals and range, allowing me to getting connected from much further away.

I dot know how to reset my ipad

A factory Reset will wipe all the data stored on your iPad...everything will be restored to factory default, which basically means it will be just as you got it out of the box. It can be done by following these steps:

1.)Start by selecting 'settings'
2.)Than select 'general'
when in general scroll down to bottom of the page to 'Reset' and select it.
3.)Than you have the option to do a two things as far as Resetting your iPad.
a.) 'Reset All Settings' - This will preserve all your data but will restore all factory defaults..
b.) 'Erase All Content and Settings'. This will wipe all data and restore to factory defaults.

If you're giving the iPad to someone else or selling it...choose b.

How do i fix an ipad that wont let u unlock it to get in it?

You have to factory reset it. Sometimes you can use the Iphone configuration utility from Apple, install on PC/Mac, then connect the ipad and use the utility to wipe it. There may also be a way to do it at an Apple store if you take it in.

Ipad is charged will not turn on

You could try doing a hard reset by holding the power button and the home button down at the same time until the device completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

If that does not work you may try connecting the iPad to a computer and doing a factory restore.

If none of the above work you should visit your local Apple store and have an Apple Genius take a look. Just be sure to make an appointment first.

Hope that helps!

IPad shuts down itself

It seems that you've already tried reset (holding the home and power buttons, right?) the iPad and it does not work.

So you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.

Wont reboot like standard reboots

If the iPad will not reboot using the standard "Hard Reboot" (holding the power button and home button until the iPad restarts.) then I would advise restoring the iPad using iTunes which will set it back to factory settings.

Cannot connect ipad to wireless internet

Try going to your Ipad's wifi settings and set the DNS to the same thing as the Router (since you have a linksys, it should be 192.168.1.1).

Just delete everything else in the DNS box.
