Test the compression using a compression tester.
My guess a valve is stuck closed.
A compression test will show this.

possible fuel blockage or blocked main jet

check the oil level
check for loose wire on the oil sender unit
check the sender unit by having a mechanical gauge installed for the test
have it checked by a service dealer

sell it because you will struggle to get parts as they have stopped making parts !

Impeller is most probably bent. It looks fine but there is a blade bent. Or there is a piece of wood or rock blocking the pump. Doesn't take much.

Yes it does

Bad source coil in the stator, bad CDI, bad spark plug coil(may be coil/CDI combo), bad kill switch, or a loose wire connection.
