Set ringtone for contact id but it plays the default
I have an lg enV and i set one of my contacts to have a different ringtone from the rest but when that contact calls it plays my default ringtone!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would check to make sure you don't have duplicate contacts...
I have had this happen to me before, and after removing the second identical contact, the ringtone worked!

Hello. If the person is not on your contact list, add them, if they are already there go to that contact. Push edit and then scroll down until you see ringtone. Select ringtone and push ok. You will then see the word "set" in the lower left corner. push the left uppermost key to go to it then select the ringtone you want. You can then push play to see if it is the one you want or ok to install it. Enjoy. Regards, Joe
I recommendresetting it us 2945#*# code with no sim co down to factory reset and wait make sure phone is fully charged. You will loose al you contacts and info!
Go to 'Options' down in the bottom right corner and select 'Set As'. There, another window should pop up and have the options 'Ringtone' and "Ringtone ID'. Ringtone ID should allow you to set it for a certain contact.
with the phone closed, goto tools, voice commands....click on settings in the lower right.......scroll down to call alert.......change to ring only or caller id+ring....on the env that should solve your problem
