Aqua-matic Remote Boat-Lift Control. Remote function stopped working. Board is a Interactive Technologies, Inc / PDQ, Inc. markings include PDQ Serial No. 184177; Board is labeled "AQUAMATIC iQ"

If the remote function on your Aqua-matic Remote Boat-Lift Control has stopped working, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the battery: Make sure the battery in the remote is not dead. Replace the battery if necessary.
  2. Check the antenna: Make sure the antenna on the boat-lift control board is properly attached and not damaged. A damaged antenna can affect the signal.
  3. Reset the board: Try resetting the boat-lift control board by turning off the power to the system for a few minutes, and then turning it back on.
  4. Test the remote: Test the remote using a different boat-lift control board, if available. This will help determine if the issue is with the remote or the board.
If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a certified technician to repair or replace the boat-lift control board.

Did you check the wiper relay's in the under hood fuse box ? There are two ,wiper run/park relay & wiper high low relay ! Also ,did you check fuse's ? fuse # 11 - 30amp location cental juction box . The wiper switch is a input to the GEM module . Generic electronic module . The module in most cases isn't the problem ! Learning how to test these electronic systems is , people do not know how to test so they just replace parts . What they should do is take the vehicle to ford certified Technician who has the knowledge and testing equipment to find an fix it .

The generic electronic module (GEM) receives inputs from the following:
  • multifunction switch

Wiring diagram 3/4 hp boat lift motor

It will be dependent upon the line voltage and switching mechanism...

Please advise drum switch or relays?
115V or 230V
Remote control present?

If a drum switch, is it a 6 or 12 terminal model or some other configuration?
Make and model of the switch?

There may be more questions depending on the answers to these...do you have a wiring diagram for the control? Are you replacing a motor and have the old and new motor schematics?
