Bios fw140e reset vgn vergine

Follow these steps to access the BIOS on a VAIO computer.
WARNING: Other than resetting the BIOS to the default values, making changes to the BIOS is an advanced procedure that can produce unintended results if not done properly. For instance, if you set a Machine Password and later forget that password, it will require advanced technical support and possibly service to regain access to the computer.
  1. Turn off the computer.IMPORTANT: If you are having difficulty accessing the BIOS, or are doing so as a step in troubleshooting an issue, it is recommended that you remove all media or any peripheral devices connected to the computer before trying to access the BIOS.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. At the black VAIO logo screen, press the F2 key.
If you are accessing the BIOS as a step in troubleshooting an issue, you may need to reset the BIOS to the default settings. While the exact steps will vary slightly based on the version of the BIOS installed on the computer, these general steps will allow you to reset the BIOS to the factory default values:
  1. In the Setup Utility window, use the arrow key to select Exit.
  2. At the Exit screen, press the down arrow key to select Get Default Values, and then press the Enter key.
  3. At the Get Default Values prompt, use the arrow keys to select Yes, and then press the Enter key.
  4. At the Exit screen, with Exit Setup selected, press the Enter key.
  5. At the Exit prompt, use the arrow keys to select Yes, and then press the Enter key.
  6. The computer will restart.

Blue sreen error in my acer laptop

go into bios, set it to defaults then install. try a fress partition, delete the old one and create a new one, there might possibly be artefacts from a previous bad install. I would test memory/hard isk for errors before I started installation if it has been running badly, problems here might be causing the BS, as might motherboard issues

Good Luck with it

How do I disable sleep mode on my IBM R52 laptop?

This will probably be in the BIOS, when your pc first starts, press the delete button, this will take you to the bios, have a look around till you find it, to go out of a page press escape, when you have turned sleep mode off press F10 to save and exit.
Or when you turn your PC off , select shut down, not sleep, thats easier :)

How to entering bios set up to nec versa pro nx series

Nai,

If you do not now how to enter BIOS then I would recommend that you should not play with BIOS settings as once disturbed they may alter the behaviour of the computer.

However, should you still want to do that then just remember that to enter BIOS you have to press F2 (or del key in older computers) immediately after powering it on. And to exit press F10 to save the changes and exit or esc to exit without saving the changes.
