My mix max wont turn on. it was working with my speaker then turned off.

Prees the restart button. If that doesn't work, let it die completely and plug it back in and let it charge completely before turning it back on.

I had this same problem this morning. I pressed the reset button and it finally started charging. I had to press it 2 times before it actually worked.

if u just put it in and it says its ok to remove don`t remove it kep it in for like 5 min. then take it off the charger

There are several types of chargers you can use with the mix max....car charger, wall charger, USB to computer (FYI turn your computer off while charging and it stops), and my favorite - the speaker station. Just do a search for disney mix max charger on the internet, amazon, or ebay and several options will come up. I like the speaker station because it is easy to charge with it and lets my daughter use it as a stereo and dance unit if she wants.

Try pressing the reset button on the bottom of the player with a tack or paper clip. If you have a SD card try removing it and then reset the player.

there seems to be no solution to this. I have the problem to and the 1.888.800.0502 phone number is no help. If you have your receipt- TAKE IT BACK AND GET AN IPOD! That is really the answere.

Try using a pin to push the tiny reset button on the bottom of your mix match.

I have the same problem with my daughters Tinkerbell mix max. Any suggestions?
