when you load the envelop, you should make sure that you adjusted the tray to lock the envelopes in place, or otherwise, they will move and cause a jam
it's easy man u can change ur printing area by go to ur printer in control pannel then check its properties then change ur paper type to "Letter" instead of "A4"
Have you tried this procedure? ---------------------------------------------------------- Loading Envelopes You can load plain envelopes into the paper tray of your Kodak ESP 3 All-in-One printer. Important Do not use envelopes with cutouts or cellophane windows. 1 Remove any other paper from the paper tray. 2 Insert one or more envelopes into the right side of the paper tray with the print side down and the envelope flaps on the right, pointing left.
3 Squeeze the paper-width guide and move it to its right-most position up against the envelopes. 4 Leave the paper tray open while the envelopes are loaded.
If you have and it's not printing correctly, there is probably a problem with the document you're trying to print.
Well that depends, additional info would be great.
Here's an example:
PRINTING ENVELOPES from Microsoft Word
The envelope should be fed into the printer using the short side, all the way to the right, flap to the back and to the left.
Please follow the steps below to print envelopes in Microsoft Word:
1. Open Microsoft Word. 2. Click on TOOLS, then ENVELOPES AND LABELS. 3. Ensure the ENVELOPES tab is selected. Click on the OPTIONS button. 4. Select your envelope size under ENVELOPE OPTIONS (ie: #10). 5. Select PRINT OPTIONS. 6. Under FEED METHOD, from the six options available select the FOURTH icon from the left. Select FACE UP. 7. Ensure CLOCKWISE ROTATION is selected. 8. Under ENVELOPE OPTIONS, ensure you choose the correct envelope size (ie: #10). 9. Click OK, then PRINT.
go to www.kodak.com/go/manuals you can find all information on that website. I don't think any other company would include a 150 + pages manual on each printer. I have a different printer and it doesnt have a manual instead just a setup guide...
I am assuming you made a typo as many of us do and the title is correct and this is a Kodak 5300 All-In-One printer please respond if it is not and I will search for the correct printer.
Your printer's manuals and software can be found here
As I do not know your operating system or version of MSWord, the
following are hints about how this is done and may not be step-by-step
accurate for you
