Bixhub c351- I can copy in duplex but i can not print in duplex

Well you have to get that option kit from a Konica Minolta dealership if they still have them. Sure the duplexer is installed just not plugged in would be attached to the right side door. will require two or three screws and a connector or two.

You do not turn on the Print Driver. the print driver is on your computer which allows the computer to talk to the printer. when you click print on the computer your C351 should be the printer it goes to. try this site for help

check in one touch setting, PDF-MMH and MMr, multiple files and single file option, if having problem then call your tech service rep

One is that the fold and staple option only works on 8.5 x 11 sized paper, thus printing onto a 11x17 spread and then folding. If letter paper is not selected, that will grey it out.

If your C351 does NOT have a Fiery it will not use a scheme (profile). With a Fiery you can specify different simulation methods where it will alter the colour based on these settings.
Without this option you are just using a straight through colour process and is really based on the actual copier itself.

It sounds like he is hoping to select the same profile to give him a better starting point.
Though you may love the colour on this device, without the Fiery option it will not match or run under and "Printing Industry Standards".

Your local printer is going to have to do some serious colour tweaking/management and you should be prepared to pay for this.

There is no manual for that, this procedure should be shown in backside of front cover.
