Unfortunately you need to reinstall windows with an english version. Once you choose a language for the operating system it is stuck like that unless you do a re-install.

you can not change the language.

click start menu
click settings - bottom of start menu
click system - second menu
click globe - regional settings

I checked for free on-line manuals but had no success. Get a service manual instead of an owners manual. Owners manuals are worthless when you are having problems.

If you want Italian, then the unit will show Italian. If you want it to show English, then you set it up for English. You can't have Italian verbal directions on an English unit.

To change the unit back to English:
Press Wrench.
Press the button with the picture of gears on it.
Press Down arrow.
Choose second menu item from the top.
Press the middle of the 3 boxes on the right.
Press up arrow to find American or British English.

1. Open cell and press menu
2. move over 2 spots to Settings and Tools
3. go to number 6 which is phone settings
4. choose number 3 which is Language
5. choose English

You should be able to do the rest once in English. Let me know if you need any more help
